The hotel was clean, with a helpful staff, and had a great location near transportation and restaurants. The rooms were compact but clean and had hot water and good water pressure. The receptionists spoke fair English and the check-in and check-out process was friendly and efficient. The hotel had a classy atmosphere, with a nice bathroom and a good selection of English TV channels.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location in a small alley was perfect for me, as it provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room amenities were top-notch, with comfortable air conditioning, a sitting area, and an in-room safe. I also appreciated the free toiletries and the flat-screen TV.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Conveniently located near Nana BTS station and lively bar and restaurant area. Clean, new rooms, albeit small for couples. Good value for a one-night stay. Helpful and friendly staff.
